DASH diet, day #2

I actually think this might work.
This whole Slimpossible business just makes me more aware of food choices.
Yogurt for breakfast, fruit for snack, salad and egg for lunch, protein and veggies for dinner. NO added salt.
No food after 8 PM.
Wearing my FitBit and walking more.

And..... I'm starving!!!
But maybe that's good.
All WestMed patients- please join us- why not make healthier choices for 2015???

Will check in in a few days- weight was 178 to start.
