The journey continues.

After one week the hunger pains are gone. Using Ideal Shape shakes twice a day, no prescription medication. Biggest problem is finding sufficient time to exercise at least four times a week. I like to alernate cardio and weights but office work is so time consuming. Looking into under desk mini stepper as supplement to more rigorous cardio.
Down seven pounds.
