Welcome to the Westmed Doctors Diet blog. Over 30 Westmed physicians are joining Mission Slimpossible - a 90 day diet and exercise challenge with some healthy competition among the physicians. Please follow along as we blog on our trials and tribulations, successes and failures and friendly competitive rivalry. Eventually, once we have found our way to losing some weight we will ask you to join us and add your weight loss to our team totals.
