Weekly blog

Trying to overall be healthy without any drastic diets. I am doing my best to follow the Mediterranean diet. Cutting out my weaknesses-fries, chips, etc. I am also trying to fit in a few work outs a week. I recommend downloading the 7 minute work out app. It's free and great if you are short on free time to work out.
