I fell off the wagon!!!
Was doing beautifully-weight down from 178 on 1/19 to 174.2 on 1/23. Was eating yogurt and fruit for breakfast, salad and hard boiled egg for lunch and a protein, veggies and salad for dinner. Snack- nuts. No food after 9 PM. Some excercise. Looking good....

Then Saturday night started well at Italian restaurant with Barb and friends- 1 glass red wine, a salad for appetizer, and a branzino and veggies for dinner. No dessert. Went back to friends house before movie (American Sniper) and BROKE DOWN- basically raided their fridge and cupboard. Handfuls of salty nuts, tomatoes, berries and 2 slices of bread. Couldn't stuff it in my mouth fast enough.
Feelings of shame. Just thankful other teams are doing so poorly.
Weight today 175+ a little more. Back on track.
