Back from vacation...

New year, new resolutions!  Back to the gym for pilates and elliptical sessions.  Low carb diets are always tough the first 3 days while the body gets rid of those sugar cravings!  I am very motivated by my colleagues and hope to motivate my patients, especially my diabetic patients, to live a healthier lifestyle in 2015.
