Diet as planned today except had some Stew Leonards vegetable soup 6 oz, about 40 calories. Only one yogurt snack but put blueberries and 1 tablespoon super-oxide granola from gym. Yum. Branzino with homemade bread crumbs for dinner with broccoli. I feel I should be skinny by now, after all it's been 36 hours.

Plan for tomorrow: breakfast shake, shrimp ceviche left over for lunch, breakfast shake for snack. Will be tough as free lunch in office tomorrow.

Shake it off! Exercise after office hours. Fish for dinner.
